Which part of the delivery are you following?

A product order and an international parcel can have different tracking records. Locate the stage of your purchase before interpreting a delivery update.

Choose the situation that matches your order

Open the product order

Look for the seller’s dispatch and domestic-delivery information. A delivered update here can mean arrival at the China warehouse, not delivery to your home.

When tracking has not updated

A period with no new scan does not explain the cause by itself. Read the date and location of the last event, then the route’s expected process. Carrier handovers and movement between scanning points can leave intervals without a visible update.

Lovegobuy’s app describes live shipping information. The relevant record still needs to belong to your parcel: an item-order update, a warehouse entry and an international tracking event answer different questions. This page helps you find the right record; it does not retrieve live tracking data.

The record involvedWhether you are asking about an item order or an international parcel.
The eventThe last visible date, location and carrier message.
The discrepancyFor example, a delivery location that differs from the address on the parcel.
The outcome you needClarification of movement, a delivery investigation, or help with a received item.

After the package arrives

A damaged parcel, missing item and wrong product option need different evidence. Keep the outer packaging and the relevant photos while describing the problem through the order or parcel support channel. An opening photo that shows the contents together can be more useful than an isolated close-up.

For a product concern, connect the received item to its order and selected option. For a delivery concern, connect the event to the parcel and carrier. Any return, investigation or compensation depends on the current terms and circumstances; begin with a clear account of what happened.
